If you plan on heating the pool, hot tub, fire pots and outdoor fireplace please keep in mind we do bill you at the end of your stay for the propane you use. The hot tub uses very little propane and the pool uses the most. The cost to heat the pool can range from $100-200 per day depending on a number of factors such as the temperature you set it at and how long your heating it for just to name a few. The cost of propane is currently at $3.69 per gallon but the price can vary just like gasoline prices. You will have full control of the pool remote and you can monitor your usage along the way.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
