Small but nice

Liked:It's a cute apartment and quiet. Owner is nice.

Disliked:Would not recommend for someone with mobility issues (alot of walking) or for anyone expecting a 1 bedroom apt. I have always known this size and configuration as a studio apt. Not suggested for parent and adult child. Ok for couple.
