Nice hotel, shame about the staff.

Liked:It was close to the hotel and the facilities were good.

Disliked:I was charged twice for the room. I spoke straight away to the staff who said they couldn’t do anything about it. I spoke to booking.com to say they would rectify it. Neither did and any subsequent attempts to resolve it with either have failed.

Liked:I had a flight cancelled late at night, so the Moxy was a welcome, comfortable place to land. The staff were so kind, and everything from the shuttle, to the modern decor, and food and drink selection were fantastic.

Disliked:The smoking section by the front door. And its very evidently an airport hotel. Its a bit of a desert for anything else around in the area.
