Flexible, great staff.

Liked:Fantastic - last minute unplanned arrival, very late at night. Two staff at the reception were incredibly helpful in getting a room ready for my family, which already had 2 sleeping kids ready for a bed. Room was spacious and clean - easy access to parking.

Good hotel near the airport

Liked:Great hotel near the airport. There's also a bus stop nearby, and the S-Bahn stations are relatively close, so you can easily get to the center of Berlin. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the reception staff helped with everything i needed.

Liked:During our trip to Berlin, we were very satisfied with our stay at Best Western Premier Airporthotel Berlin. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ali Hüseyn, who worked at the reception desk. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful towards us. It was obvious that he truly loves his job. Thanks to his sincerity and professionalism, we felt very comfortable and valued throughout our stay. We would gladly choose to stay at this hotel again just because of the wonderful hospitality we received. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and all the staff members were friendly and very helpful. The location is also very nice — quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We were also very pleased with the breakfast. A special thanks as well to the Tunisian chef, who was extremely warm and hospitable and kindly offered us treats during breakfast. It was truly wonderful to be surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy what they do. This is definitely a place where you can stay in Berlin with complete peace of mind and enjoy a warm, high-quality hotel experience. Thank you for everything, Premier family 🥰
