Disliked:Booked a room online here after chaotic flight cancellation. Arrived an hour later. Self check in. The screen said 'Room not ready' please contact a member of staff. No reception. No answer to phone calls. Literally left in the dark with nowhere else to go. Have tried contacting since, and have applied for refund. The only thing I've heard from them is for me to review my stay. Evil late capitalism scam. 'Companies' like this put people in danger and should not be allowed to exist.
