Disliked:I requested days in advance for a early check in when I booked the hotel I even called and was told yes just call back the day of I called at 7 am was told they don’t know hotel is booked call later so I called and kept calling told nothing yet ….im sorry but if I have someone calling for an early check in I would atleast have house keeping clean the room first 210 I finally went up there cause I was running out of time I booked a king bed corner bed when I got there I was told I still had to wait until finally I’m not sure the girls name but can give a description helped me and got me in a room but not even a king it was two queens I needed to decorate for my gf birthday with balloons and flowers but also needed to get back to work I hired someone to decorate so I paid double for her to wait and then rush in time again the lady who stepped in did help I do really appreciate her cause by her voice I know she’s not who I talked to on the phone

Please don’t stay here -BUGS

Liked:Disgusting! No one should ever have to stay somewhere under these conditions. I found two bugs in my hotel room and recorded videos of both. I immediately reported the issue to the staff and spoke with the manager, Roxanna. She told me that she would have my points returned and, after pest control inspected the room, that I would receive a refund. I have been trying to reach Roxanna for the past two weeks, but she is never available and has not followed through with what she promised regarding my compensation. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I expected the hotel to take this matter seriously and make things right, but unfortunately, they have not. I’m still waiting on a return phone call her management who seems to be dodging my calls!!! Highly disappointed

Horrific!

Liked:Absolutely disgusting establishment! The Health Department needs to come and do a sweep on this property. There was mold on the pillows! My husband went to the front desk and the attendant said there was nothing they could do because the Hotel Manager was not on site. This property is run down, dirty, and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! I love staying at Hilton Properties but this site does not represent the corporation well.
