Surprised that Hilton chain would allow this for the guests.

Liked:Good space in the room and nice having a fridge.
Disliked:Our room on 5th flood and one of the elevators was not working, issue since Wednesday according to guests there for a soccer tournament. Also, no hot water in the morning 8am, both sink and shower, the water was cold didn't even warm up.

He took the time to introduce himself, ask my name, and genuinely engage in conversation—not just small talk, but real, meaningful conversation about family and life. What stood out most was how down-to-earth and authentic he is. In a world where service can sometimes feel rushed or transactional, John made the experience feel personal. He created an environment that was welcoming, relaxed, and enjoyable, which made a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to come across someone who naturally makes you feel like more than just a customer. John is one of those people. His friendliness, professionalism, and genuine personality truly set him apart. I wish more people in the service industry carried themselves the way he does. If you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by, I highly recommend grabbing a drink and spending a few minutes at the bar—you’ll be glad you did.

Great Service!

Liked:Great place to stay, but truly John and Sergio make this feel like home. The attention to detail and customer care I have never experienced while travelling. They make the hotel kitchen and bar feel like you've always been coming here and always welcome back.
