Liked:How close it was to river street

Disliked:Fact that I had multiple charges they couldn't explain on my card all they said was it was pending that they would fall off after a while. Granite it did fall off but that's not the fact and then I pay for the room almost $400 for 2 days then I have to pay $30 a night for parking I think that's ridiculous

Unclean and a few roaches.

Disliked:Firstly I am disgusted by the state of the room I received when paying basically $100 a night. Secondly I left my room on the night I arrived at 2am to pick up an order. I get back to my room and the keycard won’t work. I try it a number of times so I go to the supposed 24 hour lobby and the door is locked. I knock and try calling for 45 minutes to get in. Eventually I give up and return to sit outside my room when I finally see someone go to the door and unlock it. I hurry over and knock, no answer. I knock again and the woman will not even open the door and asks me what I want through it. I show her my keycard and explain it does not work, she then opened the door slightly to ask if I had an ID. Having just left my room to pick up an order, which I explained to her, I did not and she went to close it in my face. I had to quickly say I had a photo of it to which she responded she guessed that would work, I was almost locked outside forever because of the incompetence of their own staff.
