My favorite home away from home in Savannah

Liked:This is a return visit to the property. Its location is perfect and staff always welcoming. Added bonus is meeting all the dogs visiting too! This visit, my breakfast was included which is a great bonus. Pacci’s breakfast is always on point

Disliked:We encountered some mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. It was addressed, cleaned by maintenance and Adina at the front desk moved us to a new room which was very helpful. The front desk is very attentive to guests’ concerns.

Great for stays with animals but not the nicest place

Liked:That it was animal friendly and the staff was kind

Disliked:We had mold on our ceiling. Everything was worn out, old, wet and warped looking, and dirty looking. Needed updating badly.

The destination fee is not helpful and the restaurant is very understaffed. The restaurant is dirty.

Liked:Rooms were good location was great, staff was sweet and helpful for the most part (excluding manager at the restaurant)

Disliked:They charge a 30 dollar destination fee that includes 20 dollars credit which can be used at the restaurant. We were eating outside of the hotel so stopped in to get coffee one morning to spend that credit. The manager was very rude, they only had one wait staff who had to wait on all the tables and make us lattes and it seemed very understaffed. She told us “only lattes” because she probably wasn’t used to making espresso drinks. As I was waiting on the lattes a roach crawled out on the chair next to me!
