I never stay I cancel the stay.

Liked:I was not able to experience my stay. I got there and ask if I could check in early they said yes and double booked a room that someone was still in. I went down to ask what was wrong with the key and she said the battery was dead but my husband knock on the door it was a man in there. We had request for our refund we have not gotten back yet through booking.com because know one responded back yet, it has now been four days and they have not done anything to resolve my issue.

Disliked:The building it self was not clean the elevator was broken as well.

Disliked:Had to wait on coffee and eggs at breakfast. Should have been ready to replace as soon as one was empty. Ice machines on all 4 floors empty/not working
