Nice

Liked:It was around the corner from the Outlets and restaurants. And 5 minutes from where we was going. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. This is a hotel that I will come back too.

Sad deal on booking.com side.

Liked:I liked everything at the hotel.

Disliked:What i didn't like was I asked booking.com to add a day for me well they said no one answered there call. When I got to the helitel a day ahead of time and addressed this issue they said they got no messages from booking.com. The hotel had many rooms available so not sure what booking.com issue was not adding another night. ("Sad deal on booking.com side") Not sure i will ever use booking.com again
