Great Location, Mixed Experience

Liked:The location was fantastic—right in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance to tours, restaurants, excursions, and entertainment. The view from the balcony was spectacular and definitely a highlight of the stay. I also appreciated the front desk upgrading my room and providing breakfast tickets for my birthday, which was a thoughtful and welcoming gesture.

Disliked:Unfortunately, there were several issues that took away from the experience. The daily parking was expensive, and there was ongoing miscommunication with valet parking and charges not being correctly applied to my room. The hot tub was out of order, and the room had a slight odor. On checkout day, housekeeping entered our room around 8:30 a.m. while my husband and I were still in bed. Although staff said an adjustment would be made to our charges, my card was still billed in full, and it was difficult to reach a manager afterward. Overall, the stay started strong but fizzled at the end, and next time I visit, I will try a different hotel.

Liked:Had a great experience with Kiersten the valet car attendant. She was very kind and accommodating to me. She stood out amongst the staff thank you to Kirsten and all.
