Bad customer service

Liked:As someone who travels often and stays at many hotels, I’ve never endured the level of customer service that I have at the Savannah Midtown Hampton. I called to ask a general question, and the front desk agent was rude, condescending, and unhelpful, to the point that I canceled my reservation. I called another hotel, the Hilton in the area, with the same question, and the customer service experience was night and day. Needless to say, I paid more money for reservations just for a better customer service experience. I will not recommend this hotel solely based on a phone interaction. Please, management, address your customer service at this hotel, or you will lose a lot of money in the near future.
