Well located hotel

Liked:The hotel is in an excellent location with close restaurants near by. Its a good option to explore Santiago. We stayed 3 nights however the hotel was booked by a travel agent and we were probably a bit oblivious to the room size. It was small for two and 3 nights stay but fine for busines travel. We did ask for a bigger room ( we were happy to pay) but they advised none were available. The lifts are also quite slow in this hotel. The breakfast and staff are very good. Overall I would stay again but I would be requesting a bigger room.

Overall a good choice

Liked:Great location, the room was very clean and comfortable, great restaurant and coffee shop, the staff were helpful. Early check in was much appreciated after a very long flight!

Disliked:The hot water pressure in the shower was terrible. I just got a dribble of water. If I wanted better pressure, I had to have a cold shower. I reported it to the reception staff, but nothing was done about it. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better.
