Lovely hotel, would definitely return.

Liked:The pool is amazing, the food was amazing, the entertainment staff were amazing!! We went with older kids and they loved it. Right on top of the beach and lots of nice shops nearby

Disliked:The train runs from 6am so if you are facing the street this can be very loud!

Good food, overall busy, nice for family with children

Liked:Food was good, location was good

Disliked:Very busy when fully booked. We had to wait for a long time to get an elevator when we needed it for the luggage. There are lines at entering the restaurant, mainly for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is more suitable for families with children. There are strict requirements for the swimming pool to make it safe for the children. For example, you cannot use any sort of floating objects.

Liked:Location was perfect. Direct access to the beach. Lots of entertainments during the day for all guests. Good foods with variety.

Disliked:Room Air conditioner was not ok. No kettle in room for making tea or coffee. No free small bottles of water. Safe box was not free of charge. At arrival, there was not toilet paper and towel in room.
