The property has a lot of potential but the staff need significant training in multiple areas.

Liked:Jose the housekeeper was the only courteous person at the property. He went out of his way to obtain items that were missing from the room.

Disliked:Robes and no slippers. Only 2 hangers for a king size room. No place to store luggage for guests who arrive early via the airport without a car. Breakfast wasn't acceptable. Pillows were awful. No extra blankets. The staff was rude upon arrival, not welcoming at all. The response when we arrived was "you are very early". We arrived at 11:30am. We weren't expecting to check-in, simply would like a place to store our hand luggage. The answer for all questions was "no".
