Construction/no restaurant/rude staff

Disliked:Major construction on the outside and inside of the entire building happening every single day from 7 AM till 6 PM. Staff not friendly and restaurant not open due to construction. No complementary coffee or water in the lobby. I could’ve stayed at a motel six in the ghetto and received the same. Experience.

Disliked:Not getting refunded by booking.com or the hotel. When it clearly showed it was a hacker on the report.

Had I known about the construction situation, I would not have stayed there.

Liked:The staff moved us to an outside room. It was a bit easier to breathe because it was further away from the construction. Although we still had to walk through the construction to get to the elevator which was on the other side of the building... it was extremely inconvenient.

Disliked:They put us in a room that was literally in the area that was in the construction zone. There was drywall dust all over the carpet, furniture... everything. A worker was SWEEPING the dust off the carpet in front of the elevator, which was right near our room. I am extremely allergic to dust, and almost immediately was having a reaction. No where on the booking site did it mention any construction. I understand improvements need to happen, but this was a major construction site!!!! Not suitable for guests, especially those of us that are so sensitive to dust!
