Need to try this beautiful old hotel at least once if stay in Santa Fe.

Liked:Close to the Plaza. Beautiful building. Very friendly and helpful male staff.

Disliked:Because it was first time I stayed, I didn’t know there was no elevators for left side upstairs rooms. The stairs were quite steep and long so difficult to carry suits cases. My room mate was elderly and had not perfect mobility so it was a pain.

Great location and ambiance, but accessibility for mobility impaired is limited

Liked:The location is great - short walk to the Plaza. Covered free parking is also a plus. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Disliked:Accessibility was difficult - there wasn't an elevator to the floor our room was on. The stairs up to the room were narrow and a challenge to navigate for us as older travelers. The bathroom was a little small. Unfortunately, the shower temperature was tricky to adjust between scalding and too cold.

Disliked:Makeshift air conditioning vents running out windows from offices onto the porch where you sit. Couch or banco cushions in living area very uncomfortable to sit on
