sucked last minute scrabble to find hotel and booking never reached out either

Staff was great even with adversity. Everyone was nice.

Liked:Amazing place to stay! We had a fire occur during oir stay and had to be evacuated, but the staff totally stepped up. Big shout out to the night security guard who ran around banging on doors to tell us the alarm wasnt a drill.

Disliked:Besides the fire? Would normally be a 10.
