Little gem in Santa Clarita

Liked:The room was updated and very clean. Manager was very friendly.

Disliked:Parking. Lot was full. Nowhere else to park.

Disliked:Terrible place to stay. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. I found cockroaches in the room, and area around the room had a strong garbage odor. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and had difficulty communicating in English. When I requested a different room because of the unsanitary conditions, the manager became aggressive, raised his voice. His behavior made me feel unsafe. Because of the unsanitary conditions and manager's behavior, I decided to leave the hotel without using the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property and choose a different hotel.
