Disappointed Stay!

Liked:Gabby was amazing a front desk clerk; she was very nice and helpful. she went out of her way to share all the perks I had as a Marriot Bonvoy member.

Disliked:We were placed near the elevator; our room on the 3rd floor vibrated loudly seems like AC unit exactly above us it kept my spouse up and unable to sleep as well as the chime of the elevator. I tried to use an Iron to iron my clothes it didn't work! Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast line to long only one person working to make coffee and take order. I normally stay at Embassy suites when coming but since I travel and stay at the Marriott, I decided to give it a try. Staff WAS amazing! place is clean but nothing else was good. I hope there are changes made.
