Liked:Honestly, there was nothing I liked about my experience at this property. I was physically pushed by Starbucks staff while I was with my son, and I was pregnant at the time. I also had a concerning experience with a waiter at Goldie involving my coffee. While I was away from my room, staff entered and removed my personal belongings, including my son’s diaper wipes and toys. After these incidents, management ultimately kicked me out rather than addressing the way my family and I were treated. Overall, I felt unsafe, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable during my stay.
