One of my bottom 5 hotel experiences

Liked:The overall experience was disappointing. Staff appeared uninterested and unapproachable, often acting like they didn’t want to be there or deal with guests’ concerns. There was very little friendliness, and any issues brought up were met with indifference. It felt like doing the bare minimum was the standard. As a guest, it’s frustrating to feel like your presence is a burden rather than welcomed. Given the service, I regret spending my money here, it would have been better used elsewhere.

Reasonably priced but in the middle of nowhere

Liked:Very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was very limited and average in quality. The room was boiling hot and the air conditioning control didn’t seem to work. The last night, I couldn’t bear it any more and slept with the window open and had to contend the noise from the nearby highway. The shower was great and room was roomy and well appointed. Reasonably priced. I am not sure this is a 4* hotel. Didn’t feel like it.

Good for a short stay

Liked:It has all amenities for a day or two night stays. I have chosen this hotel for a late night checkin and cost effective reason as we had to drive to another location around Barcelona next day. It fulfilled the reason we booked for and we had a spacious room for the night. Everything required for a family was in the room. The lady on the reception was bit grumpy and seemed not liking kids around. felt a bit harsh when she objected for kids to sun around and when touched some objects unintentionally. Otherwise good for a overnight stay,.

Quite tidy hotel

Liked:Very good hotel for a night. We have been there for a business trip. They kindly helped us with lunch boxes instead of normal breakfast, ordered a taxi. Nearby there is a supermarket. The rooms are generally clean, in one room only the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Also it is quite a long distance to the nearest underground station if you are planning to use it.
