Very disappointing experience. I was left without accommodation at night despite informing the property about my late ar

Disliked:I informed the property in advance through Booking.com that I would arrive late at night due to my flight. While I was already in the air, the host suddenly sent a message saying check-in was only possible until 23:00 and then completely stopped responding to calls and messages. I arrived at the property during the night, called multiple times, sent messages, and nobody answered. I was left outside at night in a foreign city and had to urgently search for another place to stay. This situation was extremely stressful and unprofessional. Communication and guest support were terrible.

Liked:I really love the location of this as it is near to the train station, cafes and convenience store. Also, the rooms and bathrooms are always kept clean, which is really good.

Disliked:Only minor which is the lighting in room no. 2, the light is not appealing though.

Overall my stay was pretty good here. In this price range i think it’s very good option.

Liked:So i stayed at this place for 4 days, the hotel is in pretty decent location it’s right in front of metro line and is only 20 minutes away from centre, the room is nice & clean, bed is really comfortable , the room also has air conditioning & a cupboard where you can store your luggage & hang your clothes. The area where hotel is located sant john depsi is very quiet & peaceful. The owner is also friendly 😇

Disliked:The washroom doesn’t have proper privacy as the window doesn’t close properly & the person passing from hallway can see inside through space in window.
