Liked:It's a good location if you want to be in a quiet area of the Zona Rosa, and/or located between the downtown area and day trip locations. Nice place. Clean. Room was sufficient. Beds were ok. Cute garden area with small pool. Staff was nice. Cleaned room daily and replaced towels (even though we hung them up to use again) Breakfast was small, but fresh cooked and good every morning. Coffee / tea available 24/7 in the lobby area. If you want to eat lunch/ dinner in the garden area /poolside, the front desk can call the restaurant next door and a waiter will enter through a side door to take your order & deliver it. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well.

Disliked:A bit pricey in December. Somewhat secluded. Located up a narrow, steep driveway with about 4 or 5 parking spaces. Nothing to see in the immediate area. Not walkable to downtown (1hr), but you can Uber there in 20 min (outside of rush hour). One morning, the shower water was only tepid. Hot water is consistently available at night or in the mornings before 8. No elevator, only stairs to the second floor rooms. The one window faced the outdoor hallway, so the room was a bit dark when we closed the curtains for privacy.
