Good location. Nice staff. You get what you pay for

Liked:Location good, especially for first time tourists. Nice bar/restaurant. Staff pleasant and very helpful too.

Disliked:Everything fine, but rooms/bed just fine. They are kept clean so they teeter on the brink of fine, but risk being grotty.

Clean, good location

Liked:Clean and more or less quiet. The outside restaurant area was gorgeous and felt really nice to sit there. Staff was super friendly specially the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant.

Disliked:I wanted to do a late checkout on Sunday was willing to pay for it and was told previously that they couldn’t offer that because the hotel was full for Sunday evening. So I just forgot about it. On Saturday my traveling scenario changed and was going to be able to leave San Salvador on Monday. I went to reception and asked for an extra night which I was able to pay without problems that particular night the hotel was extra quiet. No hotel is forced to offer a late checkout but instead of just saying “we are not allowed” or just “no” they decided to lie. Didn’t leave a good impression on my side. The restaurant had and interesting menu but the food was sort of bland without any real flavor. On Saturday we preferred to not use our included breakfast and go to a restaurant somewhere else.

Enjoyed the small private feel of the hotel, restaurant was an extra , excellent location

Liked:Breakfast staff and quality was excellent, decor funky and kitsch , rooms comfortable , Melissa on reception very friendly

Disliked:Be careful the rooms on the ground floor have no view or are internal, safe was not working
