disappointing

Liked:The hotel is a bit old, but the atmosphere was decent and it has a pool.

Disliked:There was a double charge issue during my stay. When I called the reception for help, the female staff member told me to go to the bank myself instead of properly assisting with the situation. There was also no apology at all. Although the refund was eventually completed, it took almost two months to get my money back. The whole experience was very stressful and disappointing. I expected much better customer service and communication.
