Liked:Entry nice and common areas kept clean. Felt safe entering. Apartment space roomy and linens and towels were in like-new condition.. Good hot water in shower. Good communication when I asked questions. Easy identification of building for arrival because of dark bright blue color. Liked being able to have fresh air by opening the window.

Disliked:Shower curtain missing two hooks. No hangiers to hang clothes, only hooks. I would have requested hangers but I was only staying one night. Door Bell was hard to find upon arrival. It was hard to locate and a neighbor pointed it out. I rang his doorbell by mistake. It was a distance from the door and somewhat hidden. Minor issue but maybe show where located in checkin info or have a small sign by door. Maybe I overlookedccheckin details. Photos showed electric tea pot in room but i did notvhave one. I guess only some rooms have it.

Average place, with terible garage

Liked:The host answered all my questions everytime I contacted him via Whatsapp. The logistics to enter and get out of the building without interaction is well done. The room was clean and had all amenities and full kitchenette for a small supper. The view at the top of the building is remarkable. The place is not centric, but everything is within 10-min walk, so it was a nice way of knowing the place

Disliked:The room had only one small window, which always needed to stay covered with the curtain; otherwise, other guests could easily look inside. This made the room quite dark, and there was no table lamp to compensate. The bathroom is also dark as it has no window at all. The parking situation was terrible. There is a tree right in the middle of the lot, which makes things more complicated, and there are no designated parking spaces. Guests just park wherever they want, and the host does not provide clear instructions on how to organize the cars, even though several vehicles may need to fit there. To make matters worse, a neighbor parks directly in front of the garage door, which makes exiting extremely difficult. It takes a lot of maneuvering to get the car out due to the narrow space. If you are coming by car, be prepared to park, enter, and exit in very tight conditions
