Liked:The view from the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Disliked:The least pleasant part of the stay was the incredibly indifferent service provided by staff. Check-in took forever. The desk staff said "sorry it took so long - we were getting you an upgrade" only to end up in EXACTLY the kind of room that I had reserved and paid for. Room service showed up once at 8 am on the first morning, was turned away, and was never seen again for the remaining two nights we were there. At the restaurant, we ordered three pizzas for lunch. It took over an hour for them to all be served. The individual pies came out so slowly that one person was completely done eating theirs by the time the second one showed up, which was gone by the time of the third's arrival. During the whole time we got no refills on drinks. If you wanted a utensil, your best option is to go to the bar and retrieve it for yourself - since the servers inevitably forgot to come back to the table with them. We went to the bar by the pool. It was closing so they sent us back to the restaurant we just ate at. Three virgin pina coladas took 25 minutes as the bar staffer engaged in a long personal conversation with a colleague to realize she was out of one ingredient - had to go look for it - then realized she was out of another ingredient - had to go look for it.... The beach is public, and there is no effort made to groom the sand, so all of the trash that ends up on a beach was present here. Cigarette buts, bits of broken glass, plastic caps, etc. The facilities are showing some wear and tear. Metal signage is pitted and rusted with sea air, the rooms are on the small side and everything looks like it's been painted over and over again. We were given wristbands, but it seemed like anybody who happened to be on the section of beach was using the chairs and hammocks out by the water. fair play to them - but what was the $90 resort fee for, then? These were the two most expensive and least enjoyable days of the week we spent in PR.

Stay was great staff were terrible. I don’t think I will stay at this resort again.

Liked:Scenary and the beaches. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable and nice resort

Disliked:The staff was rude and mean. Messed up my whole reservation then tried to charge me a cancellation fee for five rooms I never reserved. Mind you I had to wait two hours for the rooms that I did book and they still did have the rooms that I originally reserved.
