Liked:We absolutely loved our stay at Sweet Songs Jungle Lodge! The property and grounds are beautiful and truly make you feel like you’re staying right in the middle of the Belize jungle. It was peaceful, lush and such a unique experience. The staff were amazing—so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. They really made us feel at home and were one of the highlights of the resort. We loved the atmosphere, being surrounded by nature, and having such a beautiful place to come back to after our adventures each day. It was the perfect place to experience the jungle side of Belize before heading to the coast.

Disliked:There isn’t anything we did not like about the property. It met all our expectations for a Belize jungle experience.

Great stay for a four girl reunion. We picked the right place!

Liked:All of the food was wonderful.

Disliked:There are places where the resort looks a little tired, like it was renovated from a much older place (and it was) but it was still a lovely place. To be fair there are rooms, like the treehouses, that are new and I'm sure would be incredible.

Jungle hideaway with great facilities, completely off the beaten track.

Liked:Beautiful jungle getaway. Very unique and loved the complimentary options available.

Disliked:Food options were expensive and very limited when it came to travelling with children, in particular offering a children’s menu that wasn’t 3 courses/costing the same as the adults

Liked:The staff in the restaurant were fun and professional. Mason was a wonderful waiter and so helpful. The driver (cant remember his name) that took us to ruins and back was the very best. I got overheated and he took exceptionally good care of me. Air conditioning was marvelous to. I had an aromatherapy massage and it was one of the best I've ever had.

Disliked:Well i explained to the receptionist when we signed up for horseback riding that my husband who is partially handicapped might not be able to get on the horse and if so could we get a refund for his part. She said no. I thought her attitude about it and unwillingness to work with us was the only part of my stay that was disappointing.
