My stay at Tru

Liked:I like this hotel. I was greeted warmly and professionally by Stacey upon arrival. She seemed to love her job. Very personable. Generally, the staff was courteous. The only one I found aloof was Gabby. She needs more training. I was seeking clarification on a matter, and her response was very dismissive. She also speaks too loud allowing other guest to hear my business. She kind of made up, though, when I reported that my remote was not working. She came up to my room to have a look. I must confess that I was hesitant about choosing this hotel based on the negative reviews that I saw. I am happy to say that I am glad that I had my own experience and it was good. Elevators were functional. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast seems to be a continental spread so it was the same everyday. I like the fact that the tea station is available all night. Would I recommend this hotel? My answer is yes Would I stay there again? My answer is also yes. Good job, Stacey Kuddos to Lisa as well...hope I get her name right
