Perfect family weekend spot

Liked:We spent Saturday/Sunday here this past weekend with our 5 year old daughter in the Riverwalk Suite. We had such a great time! The house is old with a lot of history, but everything is clean and nice! It was almost 100 degrees outside but the AC in the room kept it at 68 with no problem…even with all the beautiful, large windows. My daughter loved the little attached room with the twin bed. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated my husband and daughter’s food preference with very little notice. It was also really nice to walk down to the riverwalk literally 20 steps from the house to relax a bit before going to bed. Excited to go back when the weather isn’t so hot.

Weekend couples getaway

Liked:This place is just amazing, a real hidden gem tucked away in the heart of San Antonio. It’s right on the riverwalk but a quieter end closer to residential areas. It’s a quick walk to get to to the more commercial area of the riverwalk and The Alamo. Free parking and fresh made breakfast is included and was a huge bonus especially since you can park and pretty much walk anywhere you want to go. We stayed in the Concepcion suite in the cottage across from the main house. The breakfast was so delicious and Roland came by and talked to everyone each morning. He really made us feel like friends visiting and shared lots of good information about San Antonio and places to visit while there. The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We will be back when we visit San Antonio again.

Beautiful Victorian on the Riverwalk

Liked:My mom and I had a great stay at the Inn on the Riverwalk. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and very friendly. Margaret went out of her way to make us feel at home, made a delicious breakfast and coffee. We arrived late at night but the check in was easy; a code worked on the front door as well as the room and the parking flyer was waiting for us in the room, so we didn’t have to disturb anyone or take time to check in/get a parking pass. The Inn itself is so close to the Villita district and it was beautiful to overlook the river. We loved the beautiful Queen Anne Victorian style of the home, and the Edwardian touches. The bathroom was renovated and the beds are very comfy. Good AC (quite important on the river in July) :) Can’t wait to return there

Great spot for busy holiday weekends!

Liked:Great quite location just a short walk down the river walk to all the main sites and great spot to rest away from the crowd on busier holiday weekends like 4th of July! Bed was super comfy, soft cozy sheets that made the nights super cozy! Plus sweet staff and great breakfast before you hit the sites.
