Pick somewhere else to stay

Liked:Terrible experience- The hotel is just dirty - it needs to be remodeled - there was mold in our bathroom opposite the toilet so it was unavoidable to look at (Room 118). The pillows felt like sleeping on lumpy, cheap $5.00 pillows from Walmart. We practically begged for a hide away bed (we asked when we checked in around 2pm-3pm and they still had not done it by 7pm and we had to ask several times) and by then the night staff was in and the afternoon staff didn’t explain to the night staff that we would like a rollaway bed and the night crew said we don’t have any at first (not sure why he/she would just flat out lie unless it was from pure laziness) but somehow they found one. Delivered it to the room without the sheets or bedding on it and it looked like it had been peed and pooped on multiple occasions. Just left it with sheets - no comforter, no pillow, they don’t make the bed - just left it in the room. I can make a bed but I wouldn’t have known the mattress was trash if they would have made it up for us. The staff was rude -
