Night Auditor of the Yea

Liked:This review is to make mention of that joyful and always-helpful night auditor named Alvita. She greets guests with a smile and ensures that their questions are answered and needs are met. I’ve had the pleasure of watching her as she welcomes and checks in guests, most always leaving them feeling they are special. I leave the hotel for work early in the morning and see her quite frequently, always eager to engage me with friendly banter as she makes sure that my stay measures up to the Hilton standard and that my expectations have been satisfied. She stays busy ensuring that hot coffee is always available as she assists guests with various requests from blankets to clothes hangers, and the occasional roll of toilet paper. My long stay here is coming to an end I know that I will miss the pleasant experience she is gifted to share with others.
