Liked:Nothing. Staff was not friendly either.

Disliked:Our check in was at 4:00 PM we did not get our room until almost 6:00 PM. I requested a river view, did not receive that.

Nice hotel

Liked:Thank you for the excellent experience we could have, it is a hotel with a friendly team, Alizabeth is very fun, the room was divine and we had good cleaning service at all times. The breakfast is amazing, in the coffee area you can find activities for the little ones. I would definitely come back. Carlos Genesis Romelia Jonathan Daniel is breakfast team
