Liked:From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming - it truly felt like a breath of fresh air. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days. They even surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakast and housekeeping crew, who did an incredible job. The hotel's location was also perfect, with convenient access to downtown, the event center, and the highway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and location.

We ended up checking out earlier and did not stay overnight.

Liked:They supplied ample towels and toiletries.

Disliked:The condition was not what I was expecting from a Best Western Plus. It was smelly and damp when we entered the room. Even after turning the AC down the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The beds were not comfortable and seemed old. The mattress did not fit properly on the pedestals.

Good location

Liked:The breakfast was very good. We will most likely choose this location instead of the Medical Center when we visit our 31 y/old disabled son.

Disliked:From Booking.com Hello Pamela Pope, You requested to cancel reservation 5320584827. Although there's a charge associated with this cancellation, we asked Best Western Plus Downtown North to make an exception. We haven't received a response from them yet. I did purchase the travel protection. Is there a refund due to me? Please respond to my email pjpope26@gmail.com
