Not the usual service from Pacific and my deposit of £300 euros is still not in my account despite the rude lady on rece

Disliked:First of all on arrival I was hit with £300 euro room deposit for me and my guests never once had this been mentioned to us in the months it had been booked , then our bill was made out wrong and I was stopped on way out for dinner with my friends infact shouted at to come to reception to be told I had under paid when I had paid what was requested I found this very rude in front of other guests

Disliked:The noise , not being able to get in my room easy because the door and key were getting stuck and the bathroom handle i didn't want to close the door because it kept getting stuck so didn't want to be trapped in the bathroom
