I thought the the manager was wonderful, but the owners need to invest in updating the rooms.

Liked:The main caretaker of the Inn was wonderful. He greeted us and showed us how to enter our room. Joe does a nice job cleaning and takes very good care of the Inn. The breakfast was a nice touch; it was simple, but it did the job. The outdoor space is nice and quaint. The bathroom was nicely updated.

Disliked:The INN is very expensive for what you get. I think I paid $655 for two nights for the beach room. I booked last minute, and most of Salmon Arm was full, so my options were limited. The carpet runs from the hallway straight into the rooms; there is nowhere in the front entrance of the room to leave dirty shoes. The whole carpet thing is very dated and should be removed for health reasons. The wicker table set in the room is a bit old and worn. The beds were soft, with a nice duvet. Honestly, the rooms need a few updates to justify such a high price. I wouldn't pay that again.

Liked:Super friendly team running the inn. The room was large. Location was a bit out of Salmon Arm.

Disliked:Beds were very soft. No cooked breakfast for the high price. We only stayed one night out of two booked due to wildfire smoke. Was not offered any partial refund or credit. Stay here if you have run out of other options.
