Liked:The only positive aspects of my stay were the female staff member at breakfast and the male staff member who assisted us at checkout.

Disliked:There were so many problems with my stay that it is difficult to know where to begin. First, despite having paid the full amount through Booking.com, I was told by the female staff member at check-in that I could not check in because of a payment issue between Booking.com and the hotel. She coldly told me that she could do nothing for me and that I had to contact Booking.com myself to resolve the issue. When I tried to show her proof of my payment, she explicitly blamed the problem on my decision to use a cheap third-party travel agency instead of booking directly through the hotel. Her attitude was essentially that this was my fault for choosing a cheaper booking option. Her response was extremely cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had already paid in full, yet instead of helping me resolve the situation, she treated me as though I was to blame. There was absolutely no empathy or willingness to assist a paying customer. We were left waiting at reception for approximately 30 minutes before the payment issue was apparently resolved between Booking.com and the hotel. To make matters even more confusing, I had received a confirmation number for only one room, yet it appeared that two rooms had been booked. The entire check-in experience was stressful, confusing, and completely unacceptable. When we finally entered our room, we found numerous insects throughout the room, including moths, dead bugs, mosquitoes, and ants. What made this particularly disturbing was that I later discovered my two-year-old daughter touching and playing with a dead insect on the floor. This was absolutely disgusting and made me seriously question the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The toilet seat was also misaligned and shifted away from the base of the toilet, leaving part of the toilet base exposed. Every time I sat down, my buttocks came into contact with the toilet base rather than sitting properly on the toilet seat.

Very good and comfortable, would stay again.

Liked:Good sized room, comfortable bed. Room was quiet. The included breakfast was simple with a few option, but more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Not enough parking in the courtyard for all the rooms, had to park around to the side of building.
