Good, Functional, but missing the personal feel

Liked:The hotel was spacious & clean. But from the check-in, the hotel felt impersonal - like everyone was just a number, not a guest or even client. The hotel room itself, felt sterile, did not 'feel' as though it had any character. That said, the receptionist that was on for my check-out was quite personable, friendly & human. In summary, the hotel just lacked the 'human touch'.

Just Correct for Stopover Night

Liked:We needed a Property to spend the night for our flight on the next day. Clean and convenient. Ideal for a stopover night. The price was in accordance with our expectations. Booked two rooms and expected at least to be allocated rooms on the same floor.

Hotel select

Liked:I was shocked to see the state of the hotel when I booked in. It is very far from the center of town and most certainly not walking distance. There are very few decent restaurants in the area. The hotel is in a very poor state of repair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Réunion.

Nuit désastreuse

Liked:Un bruit continue toute la nuit, certainement à cause de la climatisation située à l'extérieur de la chambre qui résonne dans toute la chambre. La climatisation activée par les autres personnes de l'hôtel bien évidemment. Horrible nuit.
