Liked:When i arrived the lift wasn’t working, even i informed that i was cardiac and following a treatment they put me at the 3rd floor and in addition to bring my suitcase without any help. I have taken about 30 mins to do the stairs, afraid of having an attack.

Liked:I loved the location. Easy access to bus station and shops

Disliked:I was given a room at the end of a corridor but i asked them to changed. They charged me 25eur to change my room, and i agreed however in this room there were no microwave like the initial cheaper room. Hair dryer is also missing, and as a lady we all need one, it’s the basic. So not sure why i paid an extra 25eur. Then again the view was facing the sea bit i could barely see the sea as the trees are tall. I think the rooms could do with a renovation specially the bathroom. The showergel/handwash/or shampoo not labelled so didnt know which is which, luckily i had my own. The housekeeping staffs are so sweet and kind though.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant

Liked:Hotel was clean, room was comfortable, food in the restaurant was delicious.

Disliked:it was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff before arrival. I had to send several messages via booking and directly on their email to get a reply. On the spot though, they were pretty reactive
