Liked:Nothing. Premises looked nothing like the online pictures.

Disliked:Premises insecure, with sticky tape holding the door lock together (as per picture) Stains over the furniture. Half eaten food left in cupboards. Biscuits underneath the bed sofa. Piss stains on the quilt. It was basically like a very poor youth hostel

Comfortable stay in St Albans

Liked:Bright and spacious 2 bed in a great St Albans location. The flat is beautifully decorated, clean, and well looked after, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and clear, and check-in was simple with easy instructions. I would happily stay here with my family again.

Needed some attention

Liked:Location was good, easy to find It was spacious

Disliked:We felt that the place needed attention- door handle missing on one of the bedrooms,(my son got trapped ) uncomfortable sofa and not big enough comfy seating for 5, mouldy bathroom. Very untidy garden.
