Worst Place To Book - Just Don't

Liked:We arrived at Jet Park after travelling around ten hours. It was wet and cold, and we just wanted somewhere to stay. We booked through an online travel agent with a non-cancellation policy, and accidentally booked for the wrong date. We went into the reception area and were assured that we could cancel our booking even though we had booked under a non-cancellation booking if we rebooked immediately. We did immediately rebook and stayed the night. Jet Park then refused to refund us for the other night that we had booked, even though they had told us that they would do so. Stay anywhere else apart from this place!

Almost perfect- would definitely return

Liked:Stayed for a night. Customer service from reception was excellent, warm and welcoming. Room was clean and good amenities. Shower pressure was not the best. Room had aircon. Good sized room. Windows can be opened for ventilation. Free parking on site. Breakfast was included, nothing great about it. Just a basic continental stuff. Would definitely consider rebooking.

Nice Hotel

Liked:We stayed two nights' here on our drive through New Zealand. The hotel is conveniently located to city centre and restaurants. The rooms are large and clean. Staff are very helpful. There is a restaurant and bar on site. Has lift to upstairs rooms. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Limited Parking and Breakfast

Liked:This Hotel was OK, parking was quite limited especially since it was not accessible to get to the rooms easily. Breakfast was a very limited selection especially compared to Jet Park Hamilton and very little room for patrons. Overall I was disappointed by this hotel since it was significantly worse compared to the Hamilton branch of JetPark Hotel.
