Disliked:Despite continual emails w the hotel staff from the US, telling them that we would be arriving very late for our reservation on June 4 (they knew that we would not be arriving until the morning of June 5 after an overnight flight) since their check in time was 3pm and we wanted to have a room to check in to upon our arrival. Unfortunately, the hotel did not follow through with our request and they "sold" our room to someone else for the night of June 4 despite us having paid for it in advance. The hotel managers spend about 30 mins. trying to understand and remedy the situation - which they finally did, with no compensation from them for our inconvenience.

Please note that a paying shuttle service is available between the hotel and CDG airport. The shuttle will be available every 30 minutes from 5am to 12am and from 5pm to 11.30pm. Shuttle cost : 4 euros TTC by passenger from 3 years old and more. This amount must be paid via an application on board the shuttle. The shuttle will be accessible from Roissypole, exit : hôtels by shuttle". You will be able to walk or take the CDGVAL train from any CDG airport terminals to get to the shuttle pick-up point.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
