Liked:The room itself was large with comfy bed and elevators worked fine.

Disliked:The hotel is undergoing renovations in the entrance and had a very limited dinner menu. I wasn't aware of this until they notified me the week I was due to arrive. Although I got a free breakfast, I would have appreciated more advance notice as the renovations began in April. Also, the entrance and dining area were freezing related to the weather and renovations.

Excellent staffing

Liked:I booked this property for two nights. Unfortunately, during my stay the property was under maintenance, and even the air conditioning in my room was not working. When I enquired with the receptionist, she confirmed that they were unable to turn it on due to ongoing maintenance and because they did not have access to the system. However, the staff kindly provided a fan, which I appreciated. The room itself was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, because of the maintenance work, the breakfast service was also incomplete. I believe it would be much more appropriate if the property informed guests about these issues before confirming bookings. I am also still confused regarding the €100 refundable deposit, as I have not yet received it back. I hope the team will contact me soon to clarify this issue. That being said, I would like to clearly mention that the staff were extremely kind, cheerful, and very helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to the night receptionist, who was truly amazing. She helped me with nearby transport information, assisted with my itinerary, and even provided me with a European adapter when needed. So, I have no complaints about the staff at all — my concerns are only regarding the maintenance situation and the refund process. This is my honest review. The property itself is lovely, and I believe it could provide a great experience once all maintenance issues are resolved. For future guests, I would recommend confirming that all facilities are fully operational before booking.

Disliked:The most disappointing part of my experience was regarding the €100 refundable deposit that was collected during check-in. Unfortunately, even after four days of returning from my holiday, I still have not received the refund, which is very confusing and disappointing. Overall, my stay would have been much better if the property team had informed me about all the inconvenience before confirming the booking. Unfortunately, I only found out after arrival that there were ongoing maintenance issues, including the AC not working, which made the experience quite unpredictable and uncomfortable. I am also still confused regarding the €100 refundable deposit, as I have not yet received it back. I hope the team will contact me soon to clarify this issue.

Great place to stay near airport.

Liked:Comfortable clean room with nice decor. Good shower and nice towels. Nice breakfast selection. Secure underground parking.

Disliked:There was construction work in the lobby while we were there. Did not affect us other than esthetician. Will look great when it is done.

Wait to stay after renovations are complete

Liked:Location was excellent for a layover. Room was nice for a short stay.

Disliked:The construction work taking place is very disruptive to check in and access to common area of reception and restaurant and terrace. Lots of dust in all areas. I felt overcharged considering the disruption
