Overpriced and unfriendly - only stay for convenience

Liked:The location was good and the room was clean and spacious, but that was about it. I did like the bartender in the bar though, she was trying her best

Disliked:The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was hot (air-con wouldn’t go down below 19 and the room itself felt more like 25-30 degrees)… thank goodness we had a balcony, so once the sun went down we could open door for some fresh air - but the balcony, whilst huge, had no furniture and was in disrepair. Plus the advertised pool you had to pay extra for. The restaurant wasn’t open but you could order food (but you couldn’t eat it in the bar, you had to take it to your room - we instead went next door to Bar Gourmet at Novotel and it was brilliant).

Liked:Room was spacy, comfortable large bed. Good silent air conditioning.

Disliked:Long lines to check-in. No greetings from staff. Nothing said about facilities. Very slow service at the bar. Restaurant closed very early. Stayed open for room service but you could not make a call to room service from the room.
