Liked:Location and Uber accessibility to/from Stade de France

Disliked:Facilities in the room, in particular, the bathroom. No towels even though this was requested as a basic expectation. Was advised a technician will address this need ASAP, waited 40 minutes with no joy and had to requested at least one towel from the housekeeping team who advised they had none left. I ended up using a face towel they had and were happy to hand over. Mentioned this to the desk staff who were more concerned with guest check in. Bathroom also didn't have other essentials expected in a bathroom like hand soap or shower gel in dispenser. I normally don't leave reviews but feel like I have to this time as what I consider the bare minimum from a hygiene perspective weren't met, especially for the price charged.

Disliked:lots of plane noise. room couldnt have been smaller for double bed. staff seem disinterested when another guest had lost his passport and offered no support or help. Had to chase for taxi which didnt arrive - confusing information given re costs.
