Rooms are good but services is poor

Liked:The rooms were spacious and the air-conditioning

Disliked:Services wasnt the best at reception, received poor service, and how the services and the hotel operated was not explained. When I asked about the kitchen, i got a very dismissive answer. No one explained that I needed to scan my card on the lifts so I was stuck in the lift trying to figure things out. There was no milk for the coffee in the room. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

Great airport hotel

Liked:Rooms were clean and fresh, and roomier than we expected. Walked to a nice restaurant nearby for dinner.

Good facilities for airport stay. Short walk to restaurants.

Liked:Quiet, large room (suite), good linen & pillows.

Disliked:Staff (4 at desk) watched while we struggled with luggage trolley over curb and steps. Made us wait to check in while they finished laughing - although it may have been something else that amused them? Food spill - dried - on bedside table. Carpet needs a clean.

Gross room, unhelpful staff

Disliked:The room was dirty. Everything was stained from the carpet to the couch. Dirt all over the carpet, hairs in the shower. When I told the guy at the front desk and showed him pictures he started to argue with me that it wasn't dirty just stained. When I interrupted to say no its also dirty he sarcastically said ok ill let the manager know. The difference between the pictures on booking vs reality are hilarious. I asked front desk to help me book a baby with a carseat and they werent able to (i think because they make you use their car service which didnt have that option so they didnt want to help me use a different one). I was then able to organize it myself (a tourist in paris for the first time) within 10 mins. They also made me pay a 30 euro additional fee for early check in even though I was not even staying the night and had booked the room for a few hours to get rest between flights - very stingy.
