The staff is thoughtful and kind

Liked:We last stayed at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in January 2020. In our most recent visit in February 2026, it felt like coming back home. The hotel is calm, comfortable and clean. It hosts a lot of people and there is a lot of guest turnover each night. We were already familiar with the hotel and its layout and amenities. Our rate included Breakfast each morning. Buffet was available but we chose to eat off the menu. The breakfast dishes were well prepared. The coffee and orange juice were delicious and always welcome. We had access to the Concierge lounge as well. The lounge was quiet and snacks plentiful. Since the hotel was undergoing a remodel during out stay, not all services in the Concierge lounge were available. To compensate, the hotel gave us supplemental vouchers for a daily appetizer and alcoholic drink in the main bar/restaurant area of the hotel - very thoughtful and generous of them. I'd like to thank Jimmy, Nalini and the entire staff at the Sheraton for your thoughtfulness, kindness and great service.

Central location, close to major shopping mall and food and beverage outlets.

Liked:Free 24/7 airport shuttle a big plus. The driver was super friendly and a joy to talk to. Typical Sheraton bed (very comfy), room.eas.clran. I got assigned a renovated room in the west tower, where the club lounge is located.
