Convient location (airport and train) and nice to have the shuttle to get us to the airport on time.

Liked:Room was very comfortable and location excellent for getting to the airport. Also the location for taking the train was also very convenient.

Disliked:Check in was slower than it should have been. The restaurant menu was substandard so we went out for dinner.

I felt safe staying there and I will definitely stay there again.

Liked:The staff are welcoming and very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Disliked:More blankets or an extra blanket in the closet would be nice. More Canadian made items and snacks in the gift shop. The restaurant could have a few more choices and a chocolate dessert option.
